Personal care in Llanishen

A considered approach to the little details

Composite bonding uses tooth-coloured resin to improve the shape and appearance of your teeth. We carefully match the material to your smile and discuss what is achievable before you decide.

  • Repair small chips and worn edges
  • Improve the shape of individual teeth
  • Close suitable small gaps
  • Blend with your natural tooth shade

Your questions, answered

Is bonding suitable for everyone?

Not always. Your dentist will assess the health of your teeth, your bite and the changes you want. Other treatments may be more suitable.

Will bonding change the colour of my teeth?

Bonding can match or improve the appearance of selected teeth, but it does not whiten your natural teeth. If you are considering whitening too, discuss the order of treatment with your dentist.

How do I look after bonded teeth?

Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, clean between your teeth and attend regular check-ups. Avoid biting hard objects; composite can chip and stain over time.

What does bonding cost?

Costs depend on the number of teeth and the changes involved. We explain your options and provide a personalised estimate before treatment.
